The challenge
Independent clinics needed a way to run video consultations and manage patient notes without paying enterprise prices or adopting bloated EHR systems built for hospital networks. Most available options were either too expensive, too complex, or required data to flow through servers in ways that created compliance headaches for international practices.
Our approach
A minimal, secure web application using peer-to-peer WebRTC for video calls — so consultation video never touches our servers. Patient records are stored with field-level encryption. The interface is deliberately simple: a doctor should be able to run a full appointment without any training.

Outcome
Adopted by 15+ independent clinics in the first quarter after launch, facilitating thousands of secure virtual appointments. Several clinics reported cutting their admin overhead by roughly half.
