Vaultra came out of a daily frustration: we'd ship a fix, switch contexts, and hours later realise the deploy had silently failed. Vercel, Railway, Fly — all have their own dashboards, none talk to each other, and none send a useful notification at the right time. Vaultra is the single pane of glass we wished existed.
